The Therapy Room

This is where you can be pampered with a capital 'P' using oils, candles, soft music so that you can totally relax in this little walled haven'.

Elizabeth Wilton is our resident beautician and offers facials, eyelash tints, manicures, and pedicures. Elizabeth is a true professional with a caring, friendly nature, a perfectionist. Her list of treatments can be obtained from reception or by calling our main number.

Even non-members are welcome to attend our therapy room and Elizabeth is resident Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 9am - 6pm.

On Tuesdays in the Therapy Room we have a resident chiropodist who also invites non-members for treatment. For bookings for all of our therapists please call our main number.

Approximately every three months, we can offer you osteoporosis, aortic, pelvic, abdominal and ovarian scanning by Danielle Bird. She is an expert in her field and every now and then she kindly comes in to talk about the benefits of these scans and how our diet and lifestyle affect our bones and heart etc. These talks are most instructive and have prompted many of our members to have one or more of the scans so that if anything is amiss, action can be taken and lives saved.
